We got great value for our money with a comfortable cabin, helpful staff, and a convenient location. The staff at the front desk were always pleasant and gave us great suggestions for places to eat and visit. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed, including a nice playground and basketball courts for the kids.
The only thing that could've made the breakfast offerings better was more variety.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin for a ski trip! Max, the staff member, was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to help us and being incredibly patient with our kids. The cabin was modest but comfortable, with a quick fix for a minor mechanical issue. It was impeccably clean and conveniently located, with parking just a few feet from the door. Despite allowing pets, it was surprisingly quiet. We also appreciated the warm and friendly front desk staff. a great experience!

Great time, great price, great location! We stayed here for New Year's and had a blast. The cabin we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our family. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to all the activities we wanted to do. One of the best aspects was the friendly staff, who were always helpful and gave us great recommendations on things to do in the area.
There were a few things we didn't like. The kitchen in our cabin was a bit outdated and the stove was difficult to use.

We had a great stay at Timberline Lodge in Big Bear Lake. The cabin was cozy and had a rustic charm that reminded us of vacations with our family. We loved the hand-painted walls that looked like wallpaper and the knotty pine walls. The fireplace added the perfect touch of warmth and coziness. Despite some minor issues like a bathroom without a heat vent and a slightly stuffy room, the lodge offered great value and a charming atmosphere. we would recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.
